Poor guy I fell his pain I spend a week fixing mini bike ATV and go carts come sat night my kids all pull in I broke this my break need fixed I spend all day Sunday fixing them for the next weekend but on a side note my older kids do thier own repairs now dad put his foot down new sub
Dude plz hmu ive got so many tips on this i currently have 3 of the 110 and i know the magic your wanting from these 110... My fast 119 engine now runs 47 mph and has more torche and top end then my little brothers 150 Honda
@@regmartin1600 crippling social awkwardness... But you can get a carburetor 3 mm bigger.... Swap the rear sprocket with another that has 4 less teeth and delete the cat in the exhaust pipe making it straight piped... Get rid of all unessential weight... Make sure the throttle limiter svrew in the trottle body housing has been removed completely
@@HH-hx2yv changing the rear sprocket to 1 that has 2 less teeth then your current one will produce more top speed... Couple that with gy6 coil and a performance cdi... The blue one not the orange one... go up 3mm in your carb size and also try to get rid of extra weight... And straight pipe it... Combine all of this and if you still want a little more you can order a big bore kit but that wasnt needed for me... Mine will slip the rear end like im riding on ice
Try GoPowersports....they have everything you could ever need. They got all types of sprockets from split to different sizes and series from kid stuff to wild racing setups.
Unscrew the screw by the throttle cable to make it go way faster
Why it's a Predator swap

Put some tie wraps on the governor spring and remove the screw
Governor deleteand lightweight flywheel and yeah the skrew on the throttle, I just take those off...
Cut top weld them back forward out of the way
Rotate the the torque converter to the other holes to the right
Had a similar think happen to me I bought 2 of these for 100 bucks and one ran great other one was locked up tight working on the same thing
Are you talking about the predator 212? That locked up?
@@timsolomon8352 no the motor on atv one of them ran good after inspection the top end was bad in other motor I've seen did a 212 swap and sold it
What carburetor did you grab when you did the swap cuz I am swapping out at 125 coaster for a 212 predator
How did you do the intake?
Ya listen to these people idk, sounds like a damn pressure washer
Finally a new video., was waiting to watch the conclusion of the ATV.
Already filming a 3rd video for the atv
@@DIYD_Do_It_Yourself_Dad I know you bought it cheap, when replacing for a new engine , and etc, would you say was still cheap, or "break even" ?
@@coolissimo69 I have about $400 in all together
@@DIYD_Do_It_Yourself_Dad don't know the prices etc, but any ways waiting for the next video , thanks for the answer.
