Thanks ! Removing the governor if that isn't done yet will give you more speed. On that bike it comes with low gearing because of the small engine it comes with. Hello, I made a medium size quad with a 212 cc ghost Predator... I have a problem: the torque converter band burns when I start uphill, do you think I should use a better quality band or center the engine?
@@Black66 Thanks I think I have to align better, my problem is that I welded a different sprokect, to use a larger chain (suzuki tlr 200) I removed the excess material but maybe I should use more washers to align.
Is that rear axle stock, or swapped over from something else? All the ones I'm seeing have the drive chain and sprocket on the right side coming out of the trans/torque converter.

Cool, I have the same quad, similar build motor, but on a jug driver n 8t sprocket on the driven n it does mad wheelies, topped out at 52

With all the holes on the klutch plate you didn't have to raise it just adjustment the angle of the klutch plate

Try running some Red armor 2 stroke motor oil in that fourwheeler.
