    Hi can I freeze dough ?an use as needed an if yes , do i shape and then freeze & also can i skip cherries

      Hi I have not tried freezing before. But I’ve seen recipes freeze their cookie dough. So I suppose you can. Yes you can skip the cherries

    Hi i never made out in video if biscuit is tooooooo tiny or medium, i need big / medium ( but not tooooo small an not toooooo big) how wil i do that an also i see you mentioned a person could use either custard powder or milk powder & i could not make out which one u used whilst baking your biscuit an which is toooo more yum , custard powder or milk powder

    Hi.. Do you mix the flour and cornstarch together b4 putting into the batter or can put flour after that corn starch then mix together with the batter? Not sure if the 2 sequence makes a difference or not.

      Hi mix the flour and cornstarch first then only put in the batter. If you add one at a time and mix in, you might over mix the batter

    Hihi..can share where to buy the nozzle ? Any number for the pipping nozzle ? Is it very small type , as I saw yr description the diameter is 2cm..thanks

      Hi sorry for the late reply. I bought the nozzle many years back so I can't remember 😅. Yes, the cookie is quite small. The diameter 2 cm is the back of the nozzle.

    Hi, can i add more milk powder instead of your 10g? And if add more milk powder,cake flour we need to reduce?

      Yes sure but the taste can be overpowering. No need to reduce flour

    Hi, i have tried ur recipe taste perfectly good. 1st time making ur recipe the shape after pipe out and bake was perfect. 2nd attempt i make the shape doesn't really hold well after baking. What causes this ya? i would like to says Thanks so sharing ur recipe.

      Hi thanks so much for trying my recipe!!! It could be the butter was too soft before you beat it with the sugar. The other reason is mixing too much. Or it can happen when you use a difference brand of butter. Let me know your thought thanks

      @@ruyiasianrecipes today I did 6 batches and double up ur recipe. I found the problem. The butter must be softened and beat till fluffy and light. Also the egg must be room temperature. This 2 plays a very important part.

      Hi I didn’t try with unsalted butter but you can use 1/8 teaspoon salt

    Hi, I notice this recipe uses egg yolk while the other butter cookie recipe uses whole egg. How does it affect cookie texture?

      Hello 👋 the cookies with egg white is more firm. I also find the egg white makes it more fragrant.
