Hi.. Do you mix the flour and cornstarch together b4 putting into the batter or can put flour after that corn starch then mix together with the batter? Not sure if the 2 sequence makes a difference or not.

Hi sorry for the late reply. I bought the nozzle many years back so I can't remember 😅. Yes, the cookie is quite small. The diameter 2 cm is the back of the nozzle.

Hi thanks so much for trying my recipe!!! It could be the butter was too soft before you beat it with the sugar. The other reason is mixing too much. Or it can happen when you use a difference brand of butter. Let me know your thought thanks
@@ruyiasianrecipes today I did 6 batches and double up ur recipe. I found the problem. The butter must be softened and beat till fluffy and light. Also the egg must be room temperature. This 2 plays a very important part.

Hi you can add both if you like. Both makes it fragrant.

Hi mix the flour and cornstarch first then only put in the batter. If you add one at a time and mix in, you might over mix the batter
