Also, 300hp is possible with forged internals (200hp+ on forged). Different pulley options are available too for more power. It’s versatile and if you don’t want the kit anymore, it can be removed easily. Seriously has me considering one!

They have really designed that kit to fit SO nicely on the bike. No big pipes, levers and whatever sticking out or getting in the way.
That is one of the things that caught my eye. Whoever designed it did a great job.

The lower end sure is not going to handle that boost for very long. You mentioned it about Brakes. On a Motorcycle doesn't matter how fast it goes. Only how fast you can stop it and stay up! If you want to modify your Bike start with the best Brembo's you can find as you will sure need them.
Maybe but it’s rated for the numbers it’s putting out on stock internals. It’s a fair question for conversation tho!
@@BrandonBicasso Minimum the crank roller bearings would have to be converted to Timken's plus the Mil 8 already suffers from overheating. Boosted air is hot air you're feeding it. Not good on an oil air cooled powerplant.
It runs through an intercooler so not entirely hot air is being forced in. Valid points still.

Hey Brandon on the scout bobber I know the LCD on the Gauge cluster has a fuel indicator in it since it’s the same as the chief is there a way to get an aftermarket fuel gauge and wire it into the stock unit?
Scout uses a different fuel gauge tech to determine how much fuel is present. Chief uses a traditional float. Wiring something is possible 100% tho.
What kind of seat is on that thing? Geez it sounds amazing!

It’s dialed down with 10psi of boost. Increasing it more will need forged internals. It’s rated at 200hp on stock internals. So I’d think it will do fine and not cause too much premature wear. Anything over that, using the race pulleys and more aggressive cam set ups, and going for the rated 300hp it can get, forged internals are needed.

Not sure. I’d assume not much as the engine isn’t being altered. Just forcing more air in and adding an inter cooler and different oil cooler. Dependent on your throttle hand I’d think

The big 'four' Japanese bike manufacturers produce some really excellent bikes. Some iconic. But as with any mass-produced commodity, they lack soul. Apart from an after-market exhaust, your bikes gonna be almost exactly the same as every other one in a 500 mile radius. Definitely not so with Harleys and Indians. Buy one of these beautiful machines and after 12 months, each one's gonna be unique as the rider.
As for this particular piece of HD alchemy, I reckon that if you had 4 riders swapping bikes over a 200 mile ride, with that Harley and 3 big Japanese bikes, they'd be fighting to get on the Harley at the end of the day.
What a piece of kit. You've got a Harley that'll do 0-60 in 3 seconds. She looks amazing. Has a beautiful voice. And she'll be a monumental pain in the ass if you don't treat her properly.
I've had many bikes from all four of the Japanese manufacturers... but I'd trade them all in for that Harley Davidson.
i wish this kind of things were made for the indian scout... i would spend my entire life away to get more power haha
Could get the big bore kit available for Scout. Cost/demand plus a huge factor in decisions to design stuff like this.

Of course not. I did a frame swap on Indian Chief the next day after riding this. Can I not ride something other than Indian 😅. They don’t pay me anything.

Makes no sense to me if people want a sport motorcycle then buy one the point of a cruiser is to do just that chill relax have space to take some one and things with you and enjoy the ride

the only problem if HD actually made this from factory they would hike up the price SO MUCH. You think HDs are expensive now, wait until they make one of these. Easily double the price of what the bike is now if not close........The amount of money to spend on HDs to make HDs fast isnt worth it. Just simple as that

I bought 5 Indians last year, rebuilt 1 this year, two more to rebuild, Chieftain in the garage and I’m rebuilding a Magnum. Are you actually serious right now?..

Okay, I will say too much is a thing. BUT! A super charger on a bagger is a lot of fun. It’s different from sport bike fun. Super charged sport bike is next level. 🥴
I still do not understand why Harley owners or and cruiser owner want or need 150 hp?
Just buy a Sport bike if you want to do a 10 second quarter mile.
Cruisers are designed to cruise. Touring bikes are designed to tour.
Because why not. Same reason King of the Baggers is a thing. Why not 🤷🏾♂️ Especially considering sport bikes are awful for people with bad knees or back issues. Don’t wanna be in a tucked or aggressive riding position the whole time.
Nothing wrong with a fast cruiser since you can build a bike that can be close to sport bike levels to have fun with and then sit back and cruise when you want to in other words, a good all rounder. Buying sports bike means that when you want to sit back, relax and cruise comfortably you need to buy another bike that is capable of that and most people can't afford to have 2 bikes.
Same reason people want to go to the Moon, or take another look at the Titanic!
