I added the cuppa milk as recommended plus I added a pinch of salt, coconut sugar which I had on hand instead of jaggery & a dash of cinnamon. While serving added some fresh blueberries and raspberries and a sprinkle of coconut sugar on top when my tween said it was slightly bland. Lol 😅 🙏🤗. This breakfast was walloped down. Thank you.

Can you please tell how much time does Ragi take to digest ? As I find Oats hard to digest. Also, after taking ragi porridge, can someone have a plate of rice, dal and sabji or we have to skip it entirely ?
@@LA-hw6yv ragi is digested very easily. It's gluten-free. That's the reason why it is given to babies too. After taking ragi you can take rice, dal vegetables etc, if you feel hungry.
