Hullo,geeta mam, I have tried this recipe of yours today.and surprisingly,my north indian husband too enjoyed the light ,coolant healthy drink. In karnataka thus is found in nearly every household but made in very simple form ,a regular must have dish.
Made this today, turned out great. I also added some chaat masala, in addition to jeera and salt. Obviously not the traditional taste, but tasted pretty great with the addition of the chaat masala.
Mam agar jayda ban jaye kya ragu ke mixer ko freez mein rakh sakte hai and agar lunch mein Pini hai toh v raat ko fermentated karni padhe gi plz ans kya hum freez mein raagi ka paste rakh sakte hai
You would need to add something to it in order to start fermentation again once heated. You can add a few fenugreek/coriander seeds. Once heated the bacteria in it are all dead. You need to introduce bacteria to it once again. You can also add a brine of any other fermented product like sauerkraut, etc.

Can we prepare it as an instant kanji like oats and rice kanji and drink it? Is Ragi good for constipation? Instead of Chat masala, add Hing and fresh ground black pepper. Tastes great.

Fridge mein rakh ke 2-3 din pe sakte hain. Phir se ferment karne ki zaroorat nahin

Yes, the bacteria will die with heat. You'll get probiotics from the yogurt.
