Do your handlebars wobble as much as mine when you get on it? I just got a 2022 mt09 sp and man when I really get on it I just constantly get speed wobble, like the Handlebars just float. Just wondering if you’ve also experienced this
yes it used to a lot until I reduced my grip on the bars and changed riding style. Suspension will affect it a lot as well if you weigh more than 170 pounds
Mine wobbles too; I notice there’s nothing really to grab onto so I ordered tank grips to hopefully have something other than the bars to grab/considering dampener too but don’t wanna she’ll out the dough
I get a wobble on mine sometimes. Just reduce the grip on your handlebars and grip the tank with your legs. Took me a while to get accustom since leaning forward on an R6 naturally puts you in a position to grip the bike with your legs. This takes more focus on the MT since it's upright. After that you'll be fine. Play around with the suspension adjustments too. Safe riding guys.
I found with my 2017 that it doesn’t head shake if you wear leathers. Only when wearing textile that blows up in the wind when riding fast it head shakes

No not yet will at some point but it's not necessarily needed with this exhaust atleast that's what dominator says. I haven't had any issues bike is still running strong even in the heat of summer.
louder than most bikes with aftermarket exhausts but not as obnoxious as straight piped 600s. I've been told you can hear it from miles away. It can bring a lot of negative attention but it sounds insane and I've had a lot of compliments with how it sounds with the quick shifter. 107 decibels is pretty high up there but it only gets super loud past 6k.
Thats so crazy bro why is it that you can get your MT09 up in 4th without popping but i cant even get my 1st gen FZ09 up without popping in friggen 3rd... I mean, i know im 220lbs and that definitely hurts my chances especially because my shad seat is always making me slip forward but even leaning back and popping with my arms i cant get the front wheel up in 3rd without a little pop of the clutch. I have full carbon Akra, Flashed/Tuned and sprocket upgrade. It kills me that i can't even do what you do in 3rd when you're doing it in 4th. And I've raced the 2021 MT09 with a good rider on it and am able to edge him out through every gear so it's not a power problem. Maybe it just the weight. I gotta get back down to 180 and see if it's much easier. That's gonna be good motivation to lose this god damn covid lockdown weight that i never got rid of lmao. Awesome ride, tho man. You'ree a great rider. It's such a nice setup you've got on that 21' bro. Beautiful. Stay safe out there.

I do have Upgrades fork springs and a rear shock as well. Literally no issues when wearing leathers

Suspension is untouched. I'm standing up and preloading the shocks to give it a boost up.
