Planet Coaster - Friction Tests.

Right. We have the final release of the game. Time to check out the changes to the Friction.
Small hint... It does not look like there were any, although the wooden coaster looks a little suspect.....

Assuming that the coasters don't slip along the rail, friction doesn't have to do with the track - it's the energy burned by friction in the wheels turning that matters.

I just wanna point out that the cornering didn't stop sooner, it stopped at the same time as the others. it looked like it stopped shorter since the corner tracks have diagonals, but all 3 should have traveled approximately the same distance.

Robert Bailey if memory serves right, you can adjust friction in ride options once that is enabled in the game play settings... I don’t know if you can disable it entirely though...
