    The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. - Arnold Schwarzenegger 💪

      Do you know forced repetitions? The total/negative failure? This is what makes it grow!

    Arnold Schwarzenegger's off-season biceps routine is legendary, and this video breaks it down perfectly! The emphasis on both mass and quality in his training is inspiring. It's great to see the specific exercises, sets, and reps that Arnold used to sculpt those iconic biceps. Incorporating these techniques into my own workout routine has already made a noticeable difference. Thanks for sharing this classic piece of bodybuilding wisdom!

    This guy has the best workout plan in the world, cmon coming from 7 times Mr Olympia. Of course its gonna be good. I recommend to young people who are starting out. I been working out for over 40 years since 82 since high school, I'm a season pro, I been using his workout routine. I see some gains, then again I'm 55.

      That is true.
      But also;
      You can workout as hard and smart as you are able to, and eat all the proteins and the right diet.
      You will not win a contest standing between users. Even more so when you don't have the right genetics.
      This counts for most sports and many other aspects of life. Genetics are key.
      The "I won because I trained hard" is major BS.
      All the competitors trained hard.

      @@richardpiva3892 if you would do some research, Arnold was born with a genetic heart valve problem called aortic stenosis. This is why he has had so many heart surgeries as they have had to replace the valves the Drs put in since they wear out over time. His father had this problem as well and I do not believe he ever used steroids! Now I'm not saying that Arnold's steroid use didn't contribute to his heart problems, but I wish people wouldn't just jump to unfounded conclusions that steroid use is the "SOLE" cause of heart problems in body builders. Maybe is could also be the fact that these mass monsters of today are walking around carrying 300+ pounds on their frames. Imagine that load on a heart.......
