THANK YOU for this PERFECT tutorial. There is absolutely nothing I don't like about it. Honestly, the best beginners tutorial out there.
I’ve never noticed how important brushes are to makeup. I used to do my makeup with cheap Wet n’ Wild brushes, and it looked so bad. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong. This Christmas, my aunt got me a few Morphe brushes, and HOT DAMN! My eyeshadow has never looked this good.

Simple, direct instructions with moments of silence to allow for comprehension; assistive, onscreen graphics and captions; doesn’t encourage you to buy a bunch of specific products and instead tells you what traits each product needs, whilst giving an example of each; no distracting music. This is a legitimately helpful makeup tutorial.

This video literally addressed everything I was worried about in 4m I’m a beginner BEGINNER so I don’t even know the first thing about it including brush and colors and where to apply it and this video explained it so well!! My other fear was how to know what colors you’d use and this video explains how to pick and choose!! Other tutorials just pick a color and use and don’t even explain how we can choose one. I love how this video explains why and how you apply on the eye and how to blend it and the brush types!! I love this!! Can’t wait to practice

I tried to do my dang makeup yesterday. I wanted something simple. I ended up goth. Somewhere I messed up. I fixed it, but then I looked like a polished goth. I gave up and decided to work on my lipstick. I came out sultry goth. I have no idea what happened.

Just starting to do eye makeup in my mid twenties, and this is super helpful! My only issue is I can do the right eye really well, but my left eye is just all over the place. I can’t seem to do a contour on my left eye that is actually in the mid tone. It’s just super high, even trying with my hand up higher.

Every time I do this it turns out really bad. I do my makeup like they did in the 90s. I just put one eyeshadow and that’s it. I really don’t understand today’s makeup because when I was younger there was no highlighter or contour.
