    Today's video is the Japanese "Temari" cream puff shop "amagami kyoto" which opened in July 2020.
    Atsuki Komai, a young pastry chef and store manager of "Amagami", is now 23 years old.
    He joined "Lena restaurante" in the famous restaurant "Oliver & bonacini" in Toronto, Canada as a pastry chef, where he learned a lot about menu development, overseas lifestyle, culture and confectionery techniques.
    More than 30 cities, including Canada, Europe, the United States, and Asia, he have visited to explore confectionery making.
    After returning to Japan, he was appointed as a patisserie chef of "amagami kyoto".
    He is particular about handmade choux pastry, custard cream, and other creams one by one, and I would like everyone to try Temari cream puffs that give a Japanese feel.
    I saw real vanilla beans for the first time. (Is that so for everyone? Lol)

    ヒロタのシュークリームが入り口なので、ホイップクリーム付きシュークリームはちょっと駄目ですね。
    カスタードクリーム一筋です。

      ホイップクリームがダメという訳ではないですが
      なんかせっかくの濃厚なクリーム感が薄まる感じもったいない気がしちゃいます😱w

      ただ、シュークリームとすれば、シューとカスタードクリームで勝負して頂きたい所ですね。
