Skin Cancer is extremely common. I've known many people to have had it, I myself have had skin cancer cut out from the back of my ear, off my shoulders, and off my nose, which is called a Mohs Surgery, and that's exactly what Hugh Jackman has had done. It's really no big deal. You may end up with a scar on your nose, but that's about it. What most people aren't aware of is, when you're a child and you get a really bad sunburn, that later on in life can turn into skin cancer. Yes, wearing sunscreen is recommended, but back in the day there was no sunscreen. I'm 66 years old, white, and every year go to the dermatologist and have pre-cancer spots removed. It's really no big deal, but the problem is that most people don't get regular checkups, that's where the problem lies.
