Since those steaks are thin, I thought that long of a cooking time would dry them out, and that you would need to braise them. But these look pretty good to me.

Just tried this and it’s great! I’m from south city St.Louis and we always use salt pepper, then add Maullls’ and Busch with some spices mixed in it when it’s browned a little bit and cook it the rest of the way. But I have to say this might beat that recipe. Thanks for the video!

My wife and kids loved it as did our friend from lake Charles la he said it was a taste of home. Hi! I baked on 350 for an hour. Some say that they bake 30 to 45 minutes. I like my pork chops and steaks kind of dried out, but tender. That's why I bake an hour or longer, depending on the cut. Thanks so much for watching and commenting! MUCH Love!

Tightly wrap each one in aluminum foil and have them rest on a wire rack in the pan. This way they cook evenly and don’t sit in the juices. Also best to let them rest in the seasoning a full 24 hours in the fridge before you cook them to get rid of excess moisture and to prevent them from being too soggy. If they sit in their juices they’ll broil rather than bake.

    1. Wash them in vinegar and water.
Sprinkle Method: Salt, Tony Sachere's Seasoning, Restaurant Ground Black Pepper, Accent (the MSG stuff), Onion powder, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper.
Put everything on both sides of the meat.
Bake on 350 or 375 uncovered. . Turn them over at 30 minutes. Check to see if they're done after another 30.
