I just put mine in the oven. I am using Morton’s Nature’s Seasoning as my partner does it care for Lawry’s. Looks so good and smells really good! Thanks for sharing!❤

I really like Ribeye, but Pork Steak is my fav 2nd choice. In the year 2024 they're still affordable.

My mum used to roast pork chops / steak in the oven like this, when I was a kid/adult living at home.
Meat could be a little dry but it tasted lovely and she’d make home made chips (fries) and garden peas to accompany.
    😋
Is apple sauce with roasted pork a thing in the USA? We have it in England, especially if a pork joint is cooked for our Sunday Dinners.

Your mum’s cooking sounds lovely! Regarding sides, I typically enjoy a baked sweet potato but now I’m thinking about trying it with apple sauce! Regarding your question about the US, fruits are often paired with pork. Tastes are often different here based on a family’s preferences, ethnicity, etc. Ty for your comment!

How did it turn out? I usually stick with 350 to 375. I don’t think I’ve ever tried 450.

@@idahoe7581 Because you're the one wanting to know. How hard is it to understand the region this creator is from, and look up their common method of measurements? Also seriously do you know of ANY oven that'll hit 375 C?
