@@Nippleless_Cage Verizon gave me an instant $700 discount off the Pixel 7 for my old Note 8 with a cracked back and busted charging port. Original price for the Pixel 7 I got was $720. I had to pay sales tax on the original price of the phone and a $35 activation fee, which in total was $85. Then I had to finance the remaining $20 of the phone spread across 36 monthly payments. 7 is better in taking videos on the main lens and especially in ultra wide, but 6 Pro has that telephoto, so you need to decide which is more important - versatility with the telephoto or better quality in main, ultrawide + nice quality in in smaller zoom (x4 maybe)

My pixel phone history is kinda odd. xD started with pixel 3 xl and honestly its in the best entertainmentwise. Decent performance still in 2024, awesome double front speaker, great haptic, reliable and scrisp screen. Then last year i upgraded to pixel 7...and solt it after 2 months. Everything (exept gaming performance) was so much worse than the pixel 3xl. Haptics is disgusting, pretty bad speaker, batteries slow recharging. Haptics are slightly less disgusting but bad nonetheless, speakers are bad as expected, speed seems better, at least more reliable. Battery recharging is horribly slow as well, curved edges are a reason to activate devmode to change screenratio. Yet only 1/3 of the price for a pixel 7.

I got a pixel 6 pro because I keep breaking screens on the note 20 ultra phones. I've had the pixel 6 pro for maybe 3 weeks now. This phone is a major downgrade from the note 20 ultra. It freezes consistently and over heats doing nothing, and I mean nothing. Two times it has overheated from running facebook and messenger. The camera is definitely not as great and there are more dark spots in comparison to the note 20 ultra. The phone needs time to think just pressing keys on the keyboard. The tap to wake feature never works and there are major issues after pressing the lock button to wake and swipe to unlock. It works like half the time. You cannot choose what side of the phone the back button appears. It's only on the left bottom side of the phone. You might be able to get away with using a third party app, but I tried and it just didn't go well. I'm not impressed with this phone at all. I guess it was only $400 from the store I purchased it at, but it pisses me off more than anything. I can't wait to go back to a Samsung.
