We have engineers in Nigeria who could be trained up on the maintenance of the railway. But as usual this is not the case so as all foreigners do is leave us knowing we will have to run back to them again.

The whole of Dubai and many gulf states developments came to reality by westerners especially the Dutchs but when they were opening those facilities, there was no Dutch flag or any object to show that the west made it. In addition to that all those facilities are in Arabic and English and not in Dutch . Why should Africans use Chinese language and flag to show they made it happen.
