I respectfully disagree. Dallas has had weapons for Daks ENTIRE tenure, as well as coaching stability for MOST of his tenure, yet NOTHING that can be considered success has been accomplished. If a team has weapons present, and (at the time) stability when the qb is added, they should be able to get past the first round of the playoffs by the third year. Dak is an above average QB. The team that's been around him every season has been what's overinflated his performance.
No one has had a more qb friendly offense than Dak since he got there. He's pretty middle of the pack.
I respectfully disagree. Dallas has had weapons for Daks ENTIRE tenure, as well as coaching stability for MOST of his tenure, yet NOTHING that can be considered success has been accomplished.
If a team has weapons present, and (at the time) stability when the qb is added, they should be able to get past the first round of the playoffs by the third year.
Dak is NOT franchise qb level talent. Never has been, either. He is a glorified pretty good backup that plays in Dallas, which means all of his accomplishments are magnified, while all of his shortcomings are downplayed. His stats are padded by garbage time play wherever other team is up in the fourth quarter and the second team defense of the other team is on the field. Also, his record against teams with a winning record SUCKS.
Cowboys with Dak are like Raiders with Carr - every year they have more than enough talent to contend but go nowhere. At some point, like the Raiders, they will have to face facts and willingly downgrade for the sake of change

Frankly I don't think Dak is as quick, and has lost a step since his leg surgery a few seasons ago. Not being able to pick up 1st downs with his legs like he used to severely limits his skill set and forces him to throw far too often leading to INT's.
