THE BEST COLOURS FOR GREY HAIR | WINTER | ERICA HENRY JOHNSTON

All my life I've known that I was a "winter." My mom taught me that certain colours look better on people based on their skin tone, eye and hair colour. I knew that I looked good in jewel tones, pure white, and some icy shades. Have things changed since going grey? Yes and no. I will say that bright colours really make a difference while lighter shades can sometimes wash me out.
Interestingly, it's not the actual colour of your skin that determines your colour season. It is the undertones - the yellow, the pink, the beiges, the coolness or warmth to your skin that makes the difference in what looks best on you.
