HOW TO RESPOND TO NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR GREY HAIR | ERICA HENRY JOHNSTON

Many of you have asked me for advice on how to respond to negative comments about your grey hair so I put together a list of eight of the most common remarks that you might receive. In this video I provide you with suggestions of excellent responses that you can use. My belief is "less is more," and if at all possible, try to keep your replies light and non-confrontational. The best defence is a good offence - don't be thrown off your guard with a "well-meant" comment that can potentially ruin your day.
