amazing video! i want to ask what idle rpm is best for good quick performance for a 50cc and a 75cc, and is there any manual chokes for 50; 75 cc motor carburator?
Hie,I have got a big boy swift scooter and it has been flooding and fuel was coming out of the air cleaner and as I watched one of your videos I learnt that I should put a manual fuel switch and I did it but it worked for few days and it started flooding again.....may you please help.
Just curious, are you in a position where you can produce certain videos on a two-stroke scooter? I own a 2009 Kymco People 50 2T and am in dire need of some instructional videos regarding maintenance!
Hello my friend unfortunately I do not have a Kymco to make a video but I can tell you to make sure every 1000 miles change the motor oil , clean or inspect the air filter , Inspect your tire and brakes every 3000 miles change your sparkplug , change gear oil and inspect fuel filter, and every 6k to 7k adjust your valves clearance, clean your carburator jets and replace air filter. Thank you for watching my video
If you're experiencing issues with your scooter's idle and throttle after reinstalling the choke, it's likely that the choke isn't installed correctly or is not adjusted properly. Here's a step-by-step guide to reinstalling and adjusting the choke on your scooter: Remove the Choke: Start by removing the choke from your scooter. Make sure to note how it was originally installed so you can reassemble it correctly. Inspect the Choke: Check the choke for any signs of damage or wear. If it's damaged, it may need to be replaced. Clean the Choke: If the choke appears dirty or clogged, clean it to ensure proper functioning. Reinstall the Choke: Carefully reinstall the choke into its original position on the scooter. Make sure all connections are secure and tightened properly. Check Idle and Throttle: After reinstalling and adjusting the choke, start the scooter and allow it to idle. Monitor the idle speed to ensure it's stable and at the correct RPM. Additionally, test the throttle to make sure it responds smoothly and without any hesitation. Make sure when you reinstall the enricher you have the rubber gasket around the choke because sometime the brake easily and if it brake air will go inside Consult a Professional: If you're still experiencing issues after following these steps, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic or technician who has experience with scooter engines. They can diagnose any underlying problems and make the necessary repairs or adjustments. By following these steps, you should be able to reinstall and adjust the choke on your scooter correctly, restoring normal idle and throttle operation. Thank you for watching my video
I just put on an oil separator with the tiny filter, connected to the crank case breather hose and my idle is much lower now. I had to turn the idle screw quite a bit and it goes up and down from about 3k to around 1.2k rpm... Is this normal?
Hello Mikey that is not normal after little time the electric enricher they age because they have an little gel inside that no longer expend and that will not close perfectly the choker hole. Thank you for watching my video
I’m having trouble with my scooter the front lights stays on and that makes the battery die even with my scooter completely off do you know what it is.
Hello my friend I think you need to replace the regulator rectifier amzn.to/3lyunhg or you have a short on the wires somewhere in the system . Thank you for watching my video
Is there another way I can contact you in case I’m having another issue with my scooter. I watch ur videos on fixing the scooter and you know a lot about it
Another problem I’m having for some reason when I start my scooter I have to hit the starter switch Twice for it to turn on do you know why I have to hit it 2 times for it to turn on. Normally it supposed to turn on automatically when you hit it only once.
Hello my friend if your scooter is not starting right away you may have to place a new spark plug or an iridium spark plug so your scooter will start at the first touch sometime scooter need little small adjustments in order to work properly . Thank you for watching my video
@@VirberelloScooterTips I changed the spark plug and it still doesn’t turn on right away. Oh and I order the voltage regulator that you link to me It didn’t come with cables was it suppose to come with cables
@@Cristopher180- Hello my friend no the regulator is not coming with wires is just a little box make sure you place the connection the same way you have right now
@@Cristopher180- no the regulator is just click and plug in I hope that before you order you look at the regulator that you have on your scooter because some gy6 have a flat connection and some regulator have a square anyway I like amazon because you can always send the part back very easy and get credit
