If Mike can’t make dive planes or a diffuser work on this car, a GT3 body kit would never fit properly. It’s a waste of money. Look at TJ Hunt’s GT3 BMW for example. It came out looking weird as hell because the bodykit just didn’t transfer well enough to the street car. If they built it, I’m sure lots of people wouldn’t be near as happy as they think they would. Unpopular opinion, but I say sell it and move on.

The reason a lot of manufacturers are putting “fake” tips on cars, especially performance cars is so that when you get rear ended the impact isn’t transferred through the entire exhaust up to the engine. A minor impact that is just the bumper and some tips, could potentially be the muffler and 2-3 pieces of exhaust and some clamps. Or worst case damage a header or cylinder head/turbo housing.
You know what would be funny. In the next video when the Bentley project is, in fact, not canceled, no one watches the video. And then we say in the comments that now we want the Bentley really sold and if possible Dave's old blue Murci back.

If Mike can’t make dive planes or a diffuser work on this car, a GT3 body kit would never fit properly. It’s a waste of money. Look at TJ Hunt’s GT3 BMW for example. It came out looking weird as hell because the bodykit just didn’t transfer well enough to the street car. If they built it, I’m sure lots of people wouldn’t be near as happy as they think they would. Unpopular opinion, but I say sell it and move on.

The reason a lot of manufacturers are putting “fake” tips on cars, especially performance cars is so that when you get rear ended the impact isn’t transferred through the entire exhaust up to the engine. A minor impact that is just the bumper and some tips, could potentially be the muffler and 2-3 pieces of exhaust and some clamps. Or worst case damage a header or cylinder head/turbo housing.
