(W.I.P) Bringing back LRSS

LRSS: Location, Rotation, Scale, Skew
(It's an old transition from 2021, I think.)
It's been a while, I kind of got stuck while working on a Tutorial. Not exactly stuck, the tutorial is just too long even though there's not too many steps.
I was going to bring out more animations and I did work on them as well but due to an unexpected issue, I had to pause working on them for a while.

Yes!
1. Boost Alight Motion often
2. Use less laggy effects (only use laggy effects after you're kind of done with the project)
3. Hide laggy layers.

Device Capability issue
If we used Alight Motion on a PC, it wouldn't lag as much, our phones just can't handle it
