TIP: even if you don't have premium (like me), you can still use the parenting tool but you will need to watch an ad first. personally I think its worth it
I have a trick (cuz I’m broke and won’t buy premium 🥲). Use parenting once if you don’t have premium (it’s fine if it just says try it for free, trust me On this) then go out of your group (if you’re in one) and click export. Then just watch one ad and it’ll unlock the entire thing without as many ads! Hope this helped :3
Ever since I’ve discovered grouping in Alight Motion, everything has been so much easier!! Less layers is always good because mine lags really bad if it’s a big project 😭 With grouping, I can now add in separate hand movements without the hand falling off the arm!! 🎉

Hey Aidah, is it okay if you could make a sprinting animation tutorial? I haven't found a way to animate it, references were too complex and never really helped much, you don't need to make a tutorial, as if I put more effort, I'd probably do it by myself but I'd really appreciate it!
Sprinting, I think you should try rotoscoping/copying the movements instead of trying to get it right by experimenting. Less rotations of the body, it moves less. The head is jumpy while the hands and legs move lightning speed. It's a combination of running and being slightly bent forwards, goodluck on it!
Pivot Points have been tricky for years now. If you have Pivot points animated or have the Location, Rotation animation, for some reason the Pivot Point gets Kindy of Laggy or starts to move in a curved line. You could try tapping on the ••• and resetting the Transform and see if it fixes it.

help alight motion is lagging and crashing so much it literally destroys my devise , if I put more than 20 layers->crashes , if I use more than 2 effects->crashes , if I group so many layers or use so many groups->crashes what do I do I really need alight motion😭💔
Are you using a mod? If you are, you may need to change the mod. And if changing the mod doesn't work, try downloading a different (older) version of alight motion 🫂
