@@vetwaytransportation Bro. If people don’t know that stealing Hyundais and Kia’s is easier than stealing a pack of gum from Walmart by now then you shouldn’t have to worry about people being mad you showed how easy it is 😂😂😂😂.
Thanks bro after this video you taught me how to get rich in only 2 months I’ve broken into like 50 cars and selling them for between 300-1500 a week bro
That bullshit update did nothing with my car. Thieves unplugged the ignition switch and then broke apart the steering column. Being a software developer, this is the type of testing I even thought about before having my car stolen
I've been telling people that for a while and even emailed KIA as I have a professional license to update these vehicles for them or any other to deal with security. I was even an affected owner. Guess what? They never responded. KIA knew it didn't work and claimed some random mechanic found this solution. It's easily bypassed by crossing the wires in the ignition to say a key was inserted. Some just bring their own and unplug the connectors seen hanging down.
@CSmith-gb1sl basically yes the update just prevents the ones who only know to snap the ignition & turn beyond that thought like mentioned flip the wiring around real quick an extra 10 seconds and off they go sadly I always remind people we haven't seen such easy car theft since the early 90s

Yes the car thieves installed one so you couldnt steal it from them.
