It turned out beautifully, only because of the cooling system dust may appear on the glass and will need to be cleaned. I really like your channel, disassembling actual phones is interesting, and not as a barbarian JerryRigEverything, you do not have a barbaric disassembly, but as a master, neat and beautiful, thanks. Sorry for my English, it's all google translator ...
You did a great job! Your instructions are clear and very step-by-step. I only have one question.. Did you use any adhesive to reseal the phone? I may have missed that part. Thank you!
Sorry for the late reply. Yes you would need to apply new adhesive to seal it. I didn't apply it in the video but you would just use (depending on your preference) clear or black adhesive strips (3M 300LSE is a pretty sticky and strong one or Smartphone Red adhesive tape as well). You can also try finding a pre cut adhesive for a different phone that matches the size of the phone you need it for to use that so you don't need to do the cutting yourself. I will try and do a video on how to install adhesive in the next few days if I get a chance since a lot of people ask me about how to do it so hopefully it will help.
Ya I've seen it. Not sure when it will be released but its not a completely clear one, Mainly the top portion is see through to a printed design layout but not the actual chips and so forth but ya makes it look nice
They should sell a transparent edition and for the next model they should add some heatsinks in the empty space for the fan in that way it should improve thermals and make that part of copper instead of aluminun
@@saloscontent Not sure what you mean, but you heat the back up and you use pry tools preferably plastic so you don't damage the frame of the phone. You can use one of those suction cups to help pull up a corner of the backplate to give you leverage to stick a pry tool in. Also scraping off the pain parts I used a razr but you need to be careful not to be too rough and scratch the back plate up. If you have never taken apart a phone, I would suggest to avoid doing this since its not an easy process at all to do nor to put back together.
yep but the transparent version only has the top portion transparent and is also not available yet. Not to mention everything you see in through the transparent version is fake and just a print out overlay, not the actual parts underneath. Just a project, not meant for everyone to watch n do themselves, its definitely not practical.
@@luisjr1091 Well first because the processor and chips underneath do not look like that, nor do they look like a picture. Just like before companies have done, they make it transparent and either put a plastic print out or some sort of overlay to make it look nice and appealing compared to just seeing chips which people would see and not know what they are. So they print a nice layout with text on it saying for example RAM or FAN or CPU things like that. Just makes it more aesthetically pleasing to the viewer and overall makes it look much nicer.
@@PBKreviews exactly.. if people had done some research so had they know that chips or borders don't look so nice or actually have the name on it in worst case numbers
I use to do customizing back in the Nextel days, but for these phones especially, it's a lot of work and no one really wants to pay for the time it takes to get it done.
I hope someone gift me this phone. It's cool in the eye while watching. Like giving you more a gaming hype. Then some people or friends saw your phone kinda weird and it pumps out more of your hype. :) Would love to see more of this on Black Shark 3 pro or ROG 2/3

Awesome video and Mod dude 🔥
You should do a replacement back glass for the 5g. I was at work and it fell off a plane now it's cracked. I need guidance sir.
There's a clear one that Nubia advertised. It looks amazing. You should check it out.

É possível utilizar ele por hdmi na TV?
awesome man! I have the phone and didn't actually know it was able to scratch it away . maybe I should do it I did something similar on my Huawei
Yea looks nice. Keep in mind part of it is paint part is film so most of it you can peel off but some parts are paint that you need to scrape off.
@@PBKreviews what do I scraped it with and how I get the back off ?
And is it possible to scrape the first thing you did without losing any parts ?
