The fan located deep inside making it pretty much impossible for regular services to avoid clogging.
My fan completely stopped working. Now am left with nobody capable of repairing it

Thank you for this video. I wonder how this device fair after prolonged use. (functionality wise) I am on the fence of getting it due to the high price, so I am still hesitant to hit the buy button. I tried more than one way to turn it on, but I could not, and I reset it. The factory did not work either. What is the solution in your opinion?
You can try taking it apart and making sure all the cables are connected properly and have not come loose.
I lost mine on the Autobahn while driving 130Km/h, its still working lol

Yeah you can apply some new adhesive to ensure proper cooling

Why do they advertise it as 23800mAh when the batteries are 22754mAh inside?
I think it's normal. Just like a power bank, for example even if it's said 10000 mah. It's actually not really 10000 mah.It could be 9000 or 8000 mah.
Because basically the original capacity (10000 mah) is only valid for the first time use. After the battery is recharged repeatedly, the cycles will decrease and the battery will no longer have a capacity of 10000 mah. It will drop to 9000 mah, and it will continue to drop until you have to replace the battery with a new one.
