Thank you for the summary of the TSMC results. Hard to believe you don't have this key company in your portfolio. Especially when it was (with respect to their customers) valued so low. If you could somehow comment very briefly on the reasons or refer me to the relevant video I would greatly appreciate it.
CSI is the best RUclips channel on the planet. They own some TSM. End of the day the knowledge they provide is infinitely more valuable than their top 10 holdings. Beyond NVDA, TSM & AVGO are the ones IMO
Appreciate the continued content creation while on the road. It can't be easy; I can barely keep up with my daily routines while on the road. BIG KUDOS to you! 2025 will be a helluva year for the Fab 5 + 2 (CDS and Synopsys). I hope Onto will have a breakout year as well. I'm super excited to see how things go. I can't believe the prices were suppressed for so long. I was greedy and still don't think I have enough shares 🐷🐷🐷. I will have to wait for the next downturn, but I'm happy where I am now. These will be forever holds for me! Thanks for introducing me to these fantastic businesses ( Gross profit margins, Share buybacks, ROIC, ROE, and superb mgt.) I will never see things the same. A win for the little guys and girls like me!
Thanks Shannon! We enjoy what we do. Plus our "road show" has taken a pause for a few weeks, so it's no bother at all. Glad to hear you've gotten your positions where you'd like them -- perhaps perfect timing for the start of the next big growth cycle. 2025 could be another great year!
I've been watching you guys for a while, but I have a question. I know that Kasey is from the healthcare industry, but I am asking about Nick. Did you used to work in the semiconductor field? It seems like you may or have in the past? Some of your breakdowns are way over my head, but I appreciate that you go thru the effort. Can you tell what is your experience in this area? BTW, have you done anything on VEEVA systems in a while? Thanks to the Bonnie and Clyde of semi-stocks!
Given the huge sell-off that's currently happening on 27-Jan-2025, it's very important for investors to know that TSMC is NOT an AI chip company tightly tied with GPU designers like Nvidia. Yes, Nvidia is an important customer, but it's not the only and not even the top customer to TSMC. TSMC makes all the Apple Silicon chips powering all Apple phones and computers. Even Intel is outsourcing some of its chip manufacturing to TSMC. There's no reason to panic because of the DeepSeek revelation. Edit: Additionally, TSMC's output is already at its capacity. Even if the demand of AI chips drops significantly, TSMC can start accepting orders from customers that are currently forced to use second tier manufacturers.
I mean it's in low 20s forward and 20% cagr long term were suggested by management. Numbers are solid, risk is obvious with them so you would have to stomach that
I kinda don't understand the point in owning Nvda but not Tsmc, as the first one is even more dependent on the second one than viceversa. If there was any kind of geopolitical turmoil and China was to threaten Taiwan for real Nvda would be the first to crash hard.
Insane to think that you don't have TSMC. I get that you have enough exposure through nvda, ASML, KLA, LRCX... But still?!?!? No no no no no. (insert Michael Scott clip from the office where he shouts no no no no 😂)
You're attracting crypto scammers! I appreciate that you are traveling but still on the job, dedication! I have a friend that refused a cool drink in a pink acrylic glass. I had to pour it into another glass. Nick is confident in a pink tee shirt. Confident and consistent in your advice.
Thanks!
You two are great. Thank you for the great content
Always appreciated.
Love the TSM talk and Broadcom! Great video!
The ones 🥳

I thought price has gone way up already

My favorite chip stock is PEP.
I dont understand something. You say 7 holdings but you consider the Fab 5 as one holding? PLease explai9n. Love your videos.
Would you buy TSMC at current price? Thank you for your videos!

Pink is just watered down red. Nick is fine with it! Thanks for watching and commenting Carol!
