Hey everyone! Last evening I made Catherine’s Big Mac casserole for dinner. It’s just me & my hubby now days, so I cut Catherine’s recipe in half. I didn’t have thousand island dressing, so I made my own with dill relish, ketchup & mayo. (We do not like sweet relish, so my homemade worked out well! With left over dressing I’ll use it when I make Reuben Sandwiches). *Also, I diced hamburger dill slices to add into the ground meat mixture (to make it taste as authentic as possible) rather than dill pickle spears. I baked it in a deep dish 10” glass pie plate. *DO salt your tater tot’s when you remove casserole from oven. *Also, after 40 minutes in the oven, I gave those tater tots a light spay of (canola oil) canned cooking spray to help them to crisp up more & to brown more during the final 4-5 minutes. It was DELISH! Me & hubby ate the whole thing! Catherine, please keep the yummy casserole recipes coming! 🤗
I've never been a big fan of cheese slices in the plastic wrap. Momma used for grilled cheese growing up and if momma put it on the your plate you ate no questions asked ,them were the good old days. 🥰🥰🥰

A quart of spaghetti sauce is around 28 oz! And, a roll of toilet paper looks lost once it’s on the roller! Disgusting!
I grew up with chunks of Colby cheese in my house. Dad was addicted. Never saw American cheese until McDonalds came to town in the mid 70's. Still love a toasted cheese sandwich made with gooey Colby cheese.
Can’t wait to try these, Big Mac is one of my favs! It’s hit or miss at my McDonalds, terrible one time, yummy the next. Definitely on my to try list❤️

It's been years since I've ate a Big Mac. I wasn't a big fan of them back then. But my taste buds have changed a lot over the years and I'm finding out that things I use to not like or care for years ago, I'm really liking them now. I make your Big Mac casserole frequently. Soooo good! This looks easy too! I grew up on the individually wrapped cheese, too. But, once I switched over to deli cheese, I won't go back to the pre-packaged cheese. So much better flavor!
I love Kraft cheese slices on a grilled cheese sandwich.. I either need Campbell’s tomato soup and a glass of milk or Lay’s plain potato chips and a glass of milk with my sandwich.. These look so tasty… I know who’s eating good tonight… 🤗♥️

I love that big Mac Sauce flavor I actually use much of your recipe here in my macaroni salad which could probably also be used in a potato salad it is delicious❤
I am new here! But I would like to know? When's dinner? I will be staying up all night to see all of your things!?! Foods, appetizers etc. I bet you have to cook when hubby and kids are GONE! I could see them sticking their fingers in your works of art! I would! Most definitely! I was born in Dallas? But only stayed there for like 6 months! But lived in Houston for a while. And I went to The Performing and Visual Arts! It's too hot there unless I had a Ductless Aire conditioner! But I really likes Austin and the place with the river in the middle? Maybe San Antonio? Or something like that? But I loved living in Fort Worth! But off topic? M6 mother used to make coconut rice? All I know was she made white rice, and then she would cook the coconut shreds on a sauce pan? And after she would stir in the coconut into the white rice. But some of the coconut were slightly burned? But I don't know how long she cooked the coconut? But it would be interesting if you could make it? Not added pressure? But if you could try it? No biggie! But I love your cooking show!!!!❤❤❤
