- I just had a most enlightening chat with my TV Big Brother, the one and only Tim Allen.
Maybe it's just me, but Tim still seems a little incredulous that I didn’t return to Last Man Standing to finish what I started. As for why Tim now lives on the runway of an airport, well, that’s a bit of a mystery - one I attempt to solve in this weeks podcast. Here's a short sample, which feels a lot like two actual brothers giving each other a ration of good-natured grief...

two of my favorite guys! I've watched and followed both of these guys for years. A couple of the only "real" and down to earth male celebs left on the planet. Two cool and real men that hollyweird hasn't ruined yet.
You guys could really do a mini-series on that episode alone. I would watch.
I remember watching Tim Allen do a graduation speech, and I was WAAAAY impressed with the real intelligence and WISDOM he had! I wish I could listen to that talk again.

Listened to this on Spotify yesterday afternoon and laughed on many occasions at BOTH of you, I too was hoping Tims Lil Brother would return and even in Aus we could see it was a brilliant and refreshing on screen coupling.

I was absolutely sincere.
He has first hand experience in the blue collar needs of the American workforce.
He is moderate in multiple options, he isnt beholden to anyone (we know of), he is loved the world over, he wouldn't be afraid to bring in experts instead of sycophants.

I’m 41 and when I was a teen, Tim did standup that was hilarious. I went to school the next day and tried to tell someone about it. They recited the entire show back to me. Tim was great!
I always wondered why Mike Baxter’s brother never appeared again. It’s good to know that they all wanted to do it but their schedules never made it possible. Would love to see Tim Allen and Mike Rowe do something together again even if it’s a documentary. They have such great chemistry.
Tim & Mike, two of my favorites. Good, clean and very entertaining. Love them both even on the political realm.

I've always missed those kinds of moments with you two in that serie after you were gone. Some guy already said here that if you did a mini-series on that, I'd watch that too OR you could make a serie of all the times you were gone but Tim would have a dream/dreams about them happening or something to make the core story of either the mini-serie or full blown series.
I like how Tim's background is the Tool Time set. Is that a blue screen, or does he actually have part of the set at his garage?

Lol. Seen Tim Allen in his early days at the Comedy Club in Ft Myers Florida many years ago. We have been following him and laughing ever since.

I saw Tim Allen perform in Vegas while attending a conference. It was all about growing up in a household surrounded by women. It was such a clean performance and was so awesome.

We were wondering whatever happened to Boyd. Forgot about Muffin until they brought it up. God, I miss that show. That was great! I loved how they played up the absurdity of cast changes, with Kyle talking about how Mandy was taller. And blonde! 🤣😂🤣😂
You two should get together and make short clips as "brothers" fishing on a dock talking about important stuff in similar theme as the LMS show. Something simple like just asking a profound question and maybe not much other talk. Maybe just being silly and bringing humor back.
