She had a little speech before this where she talks about how Holy Ground has been one of those fan favorites and that's why she chose to perform it. Personally, it's one of my favorites because it's so happy and upbeat, in a reminiscing sort of way. It's great for jamming in the car haha.

THANK GOD. I was so concerned when you said Holy Ground wasn’t that exciting to you in your Red reaction video. It’s always been one of my favorites, lyrics especially. I LOVE this arrangement.. it shows just how emotional the song is and how sad the lyrics really are. It was originally a sad bop, now it’s a sad ballad...her mind! Gives me all the feeels.

I always loved this song so much, It reminds me of my childhood friends and how I feel about the building we all grew up together. As I listened to this version I sobbed for minutes thinking of how much we grew up and how much I miss them. Listening to it NOW, I'm having chills again.

I went to the Red tour and seeing the fast paced live version vs. this really shows how she can change the vibe of a song. The fast paced one is fun and she had people flying with drums and this one makes you really listen and appreciate the lyrics

This could actually be a taste of what how her music will sound when she re-records her previous albums. More acoustic, maybe she'll even do some under different genres. I mean, she's been changing her songs a bit when she does her concert tours. I'd like to her more R&B from her, some jazz, some latin. Personally, I like rock music. I steer a bit towards emo from time to time. And it doesn't really matter how she's gonna do it cuz honestly, ..... it's Taylor Swift. Nuff said. I'm out. PEACE!
