To give some context, she addressed:
-The death of her rep
- how the media says she cries in her marble bathtub surrounded by pearls (there’s one dollar in that scene that taylor got from counter sueing the dj that assaulted her)
- how she was called a snake (12 snakes in the frame with her being the 13th, 13 being her lucky number lol)
- the cage scene something to do with fame I guess?
- her lifting up the motorcycles is I think how she carried big machine on her back all these years??
- the SQUAD scene is about the media telling her that in order to be in her ‘squad’ you need to be a skinny blonde model and it showed that she had like a recruitment for those (the satire!)
-the robbery scene: when everyone called her money hungry and greedy for putting her music off apple music and spotify for fair compensation for OTHER artists the scene shows her ‘robbing a streaming company’
- the scene with the car and the paps still confuses me to this day
- 6 dancers = her 6 exes, the media basically said she controls their moves and stuff
- choreography!!! take a shot every time someone said taylor swift can’t dance
there’s still more to this video it’s the most easter egg-y of hers
Nu Ni the scene with the car crash is about how red should have won a Grammy because she’s driving a Maserati down a dead end street like in the song and holding a Grammy award
-The Neil sjoberg on the tombstone is the pseudonym under which she wrote “this is what you came for” the Calvin Harris and Rihanna hit. That she revealed when the break up happened.
- The Taylor swift on the plane is the Lover Taylor swift cutting of the wings of the flight labelled TS7 to release reputation
- “excluded from this narrative” is the same line she tweeted after the Kim and Kanye drama
- the editing receipts line is to show how Kim doctored and edited the phone call video
The car crash she caused is her playing the victim and gaining things (award) from it
The "i love ts" shirts her exes are wearing could also be a reference to tom hiddleston
You forgot to mention the name Nils sioberg at the start of the video haha. It was a reference to Calvin’s hit song “this is what you came for” she is the song writer of the song but she used the name Nils sioberg

This video was such a big thing back then. Everyone was watching, everyone wanted to see what Taylor had to say after all that controversy, fans, haters, media... Everyone was interested. Imagine this power lmao

This is one of the absolute best parody videos ever. The zombie is the dead, cancelled Taylor; she hits Kanye in the tilted stage, Miley in the orange outfit, Kim with the diamonds, the sex assault is referenced via the dollar bill, the phone call is the call with Kanye, the media attention on her dating life in the crop-top TS shirts, the criticism of her "squad" and how they aren't normal people, Katy in the Leopard skin dress, yellow car, cyberbullies are the internet reaction to the leaked phone call ('she's dead"). Her beef with Spotify and Apple show up as the robbery at "StreamCo". The best part of the whole thing is that they couldn't kill the "old Taylor". She's up on the private jet, rebuilding her career (and foreshadowing the Lover Album). On top of Taylor Mountain her new persona, "Rep Taylor" is the same "Nightmare dressed like a Daydream" that she had fun with in Blank Space. That isn't who she is---that is who they all expect her to be. She made sure she was having more fun than they do in the video ( interview comment about "Shake it Off" in 2014). Quite aside from the shout-outs to all her celebrity beefs, the whole thing is full of her quirky sense of fun and humor. As far as the title of the track: they didn't "make" her do anything. She just used all of it in the end as material. It is totally serious on the surface; and totally tongue in cheek at the same time. Genius.

She raises that chainsaw to cut the plane wing: That means she started to create that dark aesthetic for reputation with those snakes
Those guys are wearing I💛TS shirts is considered to be a reference to tom hiddleston reference but I think it represents swifties who love her and who bombed Kim's Instagram with snake emojis(Kim later blocked that emoji) after Taylor posted those 3 snake teasers. There's more that I discovered

I love that Taylor basically just gave a huge middle finger to everyone that came for her in this video. The ending with all the Taylors in the airplane hangar is my favorite part. And I know a lot of people don’t think this should’ve been the first single, but I think it had to be so she could address everything up front. And I think she did it brilliantly.
When she says she would like to be excluded from this narrative... that was the last tweet she put out when Kanye/Kim was going at her with the, what I believe to be edited, "conversation" That move made people not believe her side because they saw it as Taylor admitting to saying everything Kim/Kanye said when in actuality she just felt attacked and didnt want to address it anymore....hence 2 years silence till this video came and destroyed.
