- 4 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 pk instant yeast
2 tsp tumeric powder
2 tsp geera/cumin powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp bandhanya/shadow benni
1 tbsp garlic
2 1/2 - 2 3/4 luke warm water
salt to taste
oil for frying

My pholouri batter always raises so well but then it drops back and then it rises again if I leave it but still drops again even while I'm frying it. Why does this happen?
Different temperature maybe? Try keeping it same atmosphere
