- Here is my full road test review of the amazing 2023 Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II. Although I have driven every other Rolls-Royce model (and reviewed them here on my channel), this was my first time ever behind the wheel of the Phantom, the iconic ultra-luxury sedan. The base price of the 2023 Rolls Phantom Series II is $475,000 but this car, with all its bespoke options and accessories, priced out at an eye-watering $651,450.
In this video, I show you a complete interior tour of the 2023 Phantom Series II as well as an exterior tour showing the beautiful Dark Emerald paint and the striking 22-inch forged black painted disc wheels, a $13,000 option.
I show you what it's like to ride in the back of the Rolls-Royce Phantom and what it's like to drive. It's a massive luxury car, as big as a Chevrolet Suburban but with a 563 HP twin-turbo V12 engine that makes it go very fast when you want it to. When you are driving, it has the magical Rolls-Royce magic carpet ride and it just wafts down the road. The smoothness and silence inside the Phantom Series II is quite amazing.

Nice! I also will spec and order mine soon, for driving, not to be driven, there is no car driving like any rolls royce, even older
Awesome, congrats!!! Thank you very much for watching the video and please subscribe. I am posting a few more videos with the Phantom this week.
It is amazing, matvilous and fantastic mastercraft.
Cannot find words to describe the eninginuty and quality.
I agree. I drive a lot of different cars and there is a good reason this is the best in the world. It's just amazing to see, sit in and drive.
Thanks for watching and please subscribe!
Mr Test Fest strikes again!
More to come, I was very, very productive over those three days and did 8 different cars! Well 7 cars and the motorcycle.
Love It! Very Nice Review! Thanks Fred!💚💚💚
What a great car!!! Thank you very much for watching the video and please subscribe!
@FreddySherman I definitely Subscribed. Can't wait to see your next review!
@@valanjibrown1740 Thank you very much. Detailed tour of the Phantom interior is coming next!
It `s a super amazing car. I liked your presentation.
I agree and thank you! Thanks for watching the video and for your kind comment. Please subscribe to my channel, I am posting a detailed interior tour of the Phantom this week.
@@FreddySherman Sure , I just did. Please keep up with good job! Thanks!
@@fredjofka6124 Thank you very much!
I've been driven in the new Phantom, the Mulsanne EWB, and the old Ghost. I actually prefer the Mulsanne. The rear seats were more comfortable, I like the sportier nature of the car and it's more subtle. That being said, the Phantom is stunning, the starry night headliner is so utterly cool and in the case of your tester, that Emerald Green paint is just wow.
Great review as always.
Thank you very much! I would love to review the Mulsanne, but Bentley is not very friendly to journalists like me. I have sat in the driver's seat and agree it's just spectacular, but I do think this is the pinnacle, the apex of luxe auto design.
Thank you very much for watching the video and please subscribe if you haven't already. I am posting a few more in-detail videos with the Phantom this week.
@@FreddySherman I've been subbed for probably two years now.
@@PKPhoenix83 Then you are awesome and I thank you.
So the Mulsanne has a more comfortable ride?
@@vinclarke777 They are both close. Rolls has the slightly better ride, but that makes sense as Rolls Royce cars are designed to effectively isolate you from the outside while Bentley is slightly more sporting. Like I said, I prefered the Bentley seats, at least to how I was able to adjust them.
VERY GOOD ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM 8.2
It was a lot of fun to drive.
Thanks for watching and please subscribe.
After driving the phantom, did you notice a difference from the other Rolls & do you have a favorite out of the lineup (To drive yourself)?
Great question. Yes, this was very big and felt more like the Cullinan. It's manageable, but in reality the Phantom is the same size as a Chevy Suburban.
My favorite was the Wraith, the two-door coupe. Super smooth and powerful and smaller, but with a lot of room if you need to drive four people. I took it on a road trip from La to Palm Springs and up to Idyllwild.
Enjoyed the road-test. Great review overall. I call understand that $550K is likely not going to be enough for what I have in my mind. I'm looking at black or near-black.
Thank you very much for watching the video. With the base price of $460K, plus fees and taxes you're already at about $500K. I think the minimum customization is probably another $75K for the least expensive options for colors, hides, etc.
Please subscribe, I am posting a detailed interior tour video with all the option info this weekend.
Doesn’t it make you nervous to drive it when it’s so expensive
No you can't really think about that. I drive a lot of exotic cars and you just have to be very careful so that if anything happens it's not your fault. But you also have to enjoy the driving experience and really use the car for what it's made for because these cars are insured if anything happens.
