As a long time Nirvana fan, I remember the band always having good outlooks and beliefs on many levels aside from making great music. They were pro freedom, pro human rights and not close minded. Krist helped with activism also which I thought was cool. For him to think Trumps speech was worthwhile and for the good of American people is his opinion and honestly during that era of madness, was what was needed to be heard. Rioters, ANTIFA, anarchist wannabes, pseudo revolutionaries, random lunatics, etc running wild destroying other people's property is not the way to deal with anything. So much of that was counterproductive and helped nothing. That being said, do I think Trump panders to his audience? Of course. All politicians do. They say whatever you want to hear. Do they follow through? Rarely. They're all controlled by big business interests. Trump talks a good one, but he's for what's right for him and his business cronies first. Does he love America? The fact that he supported trump knowing the backlash makes me respect. Respect him 1 million times more most celebrities would just do what would make them popular. He is still a real human.
He is a thinker not a follower and he only tries to encapsule the dynamic demension of politics, that is, he understands that what is truly important is not the idea or the followed by people but the actual outcomes of political choices. I reckon this mindset is better for most voters to choose and think about what kind of actions can truly impact society.
Anarcho-capitalism (also referred to as free-market anarchism, market anarchism, private-property anarchism, libertarian anarchism) is a political philosophy which advocates the elimination of the state in favor of individual sovereignty, private property, and open markets. Anarcho-capitalists believe that in the absence of statute (law by decree or legislation), society would improve itself through the discipline of the free market (or what its proponents describe as a "voluntary society"). In an anarcho-capitalist society, law enforcement, courts, and all other security services would be operated by privately funded competitors rather than centrally through compulsory taxation. Money, along with all other goods and services, would be privately and competitively provided in an open market. Therefore, personal and economic activities under anarcho-capitalism would be regulated by victim-based dispute resolution organizations under tort and contract law, rather than by statute through centrally determined punishment under political monopolies. Anarcho-capitalists are distinguished from minarchists, who advocate a small night-watchman state limited to the function of individual protection, and other anarchists who reject capitalism on the grounds that it is incompatible with social and economic equality. Anarchist communism (also known as anarcho-communism, free communism, libertarian communism, and communist anarchism) is a theory of anarchism which advocates the abolition of the state, capitalism, wages and private property (while retaining respect for personal property), and in favor of common ownership of the means of production, direct democracy, and a horizontal network of voluntary associations and workers' councils with production and consumption based on the guiding principle: "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need". Some forms of anarchist communism such as insurrectionary anarchism are strongly influenced by egoism and radical individualism, believing anarcho-communism is the best social system for the realization of individual freedom. Some anarcho-communists view anarcho-communism as a way of reconciling the opposition between the individual and society. Anarcho-communism developed out of radical socialist currents after the French Revolution but was first formulated as such in the Italian section of the First International. The theoretical work of Peter Kropotkin took importance later as it expanded and developed pro-organizationalist and insurrectionary anti-organizationalist sections. To date, the best-known examples of an anarchist communist society (i.e., established around the ideas as they exist today and achieving worldwide attention and knowledge in the historical canon), are the anarchist territories during the Spanish Revolution and the Free Territory during the Russian Revolution. Through the efforts and influence of the Spanish Anarchists during the Spanish Revolution within the Spanish Civil War, starting in 1936 anarchist communism existed in most of Aragon, parts of the Levante and Andalusia, as well as in the stronghold of Anarchist Catalonia before being crushed by the combined forces of the regime that won the war, Hitler, Mussolini, Spanish Communist Party repression (backed by the USSR) as well as economic and armaments blockades from the capitalist countries and the Second Spanish Republic itself. During the Russian Revolution, anarchists such as Nestor Makhno worked to create and defend-through the Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army of Ukraine-anarchist communism in the Free Territory of the Ukraine from 1919 before being conquered by the Bolsheviks in 1921.
Anarch-capitalism is an insult to actual anarchism and as naive a belief system as there is. Unbridled capitalism along with private ownership of the means of producution with zero regulatory entities, is a disaster for the laborer and consumer. It's essentially right-wing libertarianism on steroids, and as well thought a system as a toddler would construct.
I don’t think that Kris cares about the success… he also experienced Kurt’s death in a very different way as Kurt’s “best friend”. At the time of Kurt’s death Dave was already separated from Kurt.

Krist thinks how he wants to, he's Independent. He doesn't need to follow the mob.

Didn't he play a show with Jello Biafra and Kim Thayil from Soundgarden?
Not surprised. I can even see Kurt doing the same.
I would be extremely surprised to see Kurt doing anything.
4:52 where can i find this video
The fact that he supported trump knowing the backlash makes me respect. Respect him 1 million times more most celebrities would just do what would make them popular. He is still a real human.
Anyone that describes themselves as an anarcho capitalist socialist probably needs to read more before jumping into the political discourse
That was a weak moment for him in that interview. He ought to just call himself a Libertarian and leave it at that
Krist had a severe head injury 🤕 at MTV but it's good to see he is much better than he was back in 1992.
Yeah but it was pretty stupid to throw a bass guitar,
which is pretty damn heavy, directly over your head.
It was a very punk thing to do... and Krist knew it.
I believe he was the mayor of Seattle at one time in the 2000s.
We should have ranked choice voting.
It seems from this video that I reach the conclusion He equates being moderate with being more fair. I personally think ranked choice needs further refining because it gave NYC an absolute skunk of a mayor. But everyone is their own person. I’ll continue to advocate for the progressive movement as I see no reason to give the right any middle ground. The needle needs to point to a lot further to the left of this country is going to get any better

I swear people think freedom of speech means you have to be accepted for what you say. You’re free to say whatever the fuck you want, but don’t expect people to not then be free to form an opinion.
How he'd like elections to be conducted is called Preferential voting . It's the system Australia uses.
I search up of what cause Kurt Cobain's depression and it was because his parent's got divorced, and then they abandoned him
You can't just look up the cause and expect to know it all, depression can come from many different aspects and events in a human life and just cause you read it online doesn't mean it's right
Oh OK.. 🫤🤫
Your screen name suits you. Did a internet search and figured out someone you never mets personal mental anguish and the reason for it? Oh, you read it online. Written by who? Some other buffoon that didn't know Kurt or his family or the reality of his private life? Stop spreading inaccurate information.

Whats Nearvana?
Another youtube video on Nearvana. I've never heard of them but damn there a lot of AI videos on them.
That’s what we do in Australia. 7:47
Is the narrator an AI generated voice? It's kind of off-putting.
I like his bass playing :) tho the tweet and deleting it after was weak, and has nothing to do with being a rebel. Better stick to music Krist :)
