I have a question I have a bmw750li 2008 I recently had smoke come up from underneath the dashboard actually on top in the corner of the driver side underneath the top of the dash and now most of my lights don't work I don't have the money to send it to a repair shop but I do need my car for work back and forth what do you think it could be please tell me

Now to find your video on the eccentric shaft valve. I won’t replace that myself but it will give me enough knowledge to be able to speak to a mechanic about.

Just bought a 3 series 2008 E93 and I dont know if there is backup lights in the lid cause only 2 backup lights are working each sides and I think it's not lightning enough at night.
Does anybody know how to fix it if they don't work all the others lights are working well !

Bulb warning light been driving me mad for ages didt realise had two brakes lights as one burns brighter when other out.

I have changed my bulbs and i still get the error and my 2nd brake light wont work even tho i put new bulbs in.
it might be there's something wrong with the cables. You should check it out

i have 2007 328i. the tail lights is not working. a mechanic told me to change the tail light lens. OK, I pulled the bulbs holder and found nothing leads me to believe there is any connections in the lens itself!! Does the lens have any electrical connections? I can't see any. My tail lights are not LED either.

E60 550i no matter if u turn the signal right or left they both start flashing on the dash the right front headlight high low and fog and turn signal don’t work the left is all good
Ok go to the rear and the right rear turn signal works but the front doesn’t. The left front headlight and turn works but the left rear turn signal doesn’t work. Wtf please help this is some bull shit.
I’m done owning and dealing with BMWs extremely poor over engineering on many thing s but yet very under engineered things to that should be better then they are .. let’s not forget there terrible super soft thin gaskets that turn to hard plastic and leak like a garden hose.. wait don’t forget the cheap ass thin plastic engine component tubes and lines ect. Don’t forget about there cheap cheap cheap coating over there very brittle and model car plastic interior pieces sorry but the look and drive that makes a BMW what it is ain’t worth putting up w all that other bull shit
