sunset roller (modular synth performance)

A bit of an improv jam from a collection of experiments and playing around with things that have been hanging out way too long now because I have been busy with lame stuff that isn't synthesizers. Thanks for checking it out and some notes below. Cheers!
This patch started out playing around with pinging QPAS (it sounds so nice) and running it through Mimeophon and experimenting with some modulation ideas there.
I was also messing around with recycling my guitar samples from the last patch in different ways which is something I never do for no good reason. The finger picking sample is cut up by the Sample Drum to make the melody/riff part that comes in about half way through. The other was the chord pluck which was recorded to Morphagene and is now the voice that morphs between a synthy sounding chord stab and drone.
Blck_Noir and BIA are kick, Loquelic Iteritas is the rim hit percussion, XPO and Ghost are Bass. StarLab and Desmodus for reverbs. Mojave, Melotus Versio, Typhoon, and Aurora are the main ear candy kind of effects. Also Data Bender to mod the bass.
Others in the patch: SSF Stereo Dipole, Ikarie, Vortices, Zadar, Maths, 0-Ctrl, and ChronoBlob2. Also in VCV Rack we got Debriatus, LALA Stereo, BassMaster, Oppressor Pro, and Plateau. VCV Rack is the main mixer and EQ.
Real-time audio reactive visual effects were made with TouchDesigner.
Audio and video performance recorded in real time using OBS Studio.

cool groove and atmosphere, I like how there's not much movement melodically, but the vibe doesn't get boring, it kinda rolls over you like sea ways. I think that's a special talent to be able to accomplish that

"busy with lame stuff that isn't synthesizers" I can totally relate... I love the bass sound. That's the XPO through Ghost, right? Do you remember how you had Ghost configured? It's massive! And thanks so much for not taking the 4 to the floor approach :)

Right? And thank you man! Yes XPO through Ghost, I still have the patch up I'll message a snapshot. I also have this going through LALA Stereo in Rack with the highs going to the mixer and a copy through Plateau full wet. Plateau goes through Oppressor Pro with the key input from an envelope follower to kind of gate the reverb. The lows are mono-ed and just to the mixer.
I have been really liking the percussion stuff you have been doing in Bitwig so the no 4 to the floor approach was from you! It adds a cool fun element to making stuff and a good break from the norm :)
