The use of algae will actually reduce the Carbon in the air, because part of the cardon used to make the algae is in the fiber not the oil. So algae is removing carbon and some becomes oil, while some becomes waste. In either case the carbon is simply being recycled in the active atmosphere with a built in reduction process, rather than old cardon from oil and coal being dumped into the atmosphere. This is a no pain solution.
