Thank you....Finally....some sensible people actually talking about the very real threat that this giant microwave is posing to us all. There is no global warming problem....well there is but not for the reasons that we are being told. Its this bloody contraption that has been slowy heating and literally cooking this planet for at least the last 20yrs. I know it's been around since the 70s but they've only started using it in the last 20. I am so desperately needing to talk to others that know about HAARP because this is a very real and present danger to all of humanity.

And BBC Sky At Night was on a Northern light expedition some years ago and they was at the compound in Norway And they got them to start it up And they filmed it together whit the Northern Lights

A lot of projects funded by military have an innocent description that is public and another not so innocent goal that is kept from public. The rule of thumb is that if military is funding it, it has specific military applications targeted at gaining advantage over the enemy. My experience shows that they don't fund projects just for shits and giggles or because they love science!

@Clinton kildepstein ive already seen them admit it. When you know like what they are actually using it for you can get around the word smithing and see the cover up clear as day. They dont even let ya know how many people got fried there, cooked, vaporized. They bounce a beam off the ionisphere. Its like bank shots in pool. So they can hit almost any angle. Couple that with aluminum powders (chemming) can cause crazy weather multiplication. Storms for example or they can just beam at the ocean, heat up a spot of water and make a tropical storm and even guide its trajectory with a path of heated water. Now with in in alaska its the perfect place bc there is nothing to really hit on the south pole, the only spot they cant directly hit. And its not one facility either. There are many, russia has one, china has one. I mean this is stuff people think is science fiction and it isnt at all... remember when they moved tv to digital and off of rf? .. do you wonder why? Haarp is a large rf array.

I used to work for Arco Solar, a division of Arco that developed solar energy products. Initially, I was happy to be part of “renewable energy” development. But many of us became disillusioned by the fact that Arco Solar simply existed as a tax write off for the parent company, which had no real interest in producing energy through means that didn’t involve its bread and butter: oil. Arco Solar is shuttered now.

See my comment, Rob. Too bad ARCO didn't stick to manufacturing really top-grade solar panels and with full automation in the production plants so they could cope with the competition from imported stuff made with less finesse. Solarex was making panels at that time using factories powered by solar panels. We need to make our own top class solar gear - it could help to save millions of people with solar panels made to last a century.

There's a book called "angels Don't Play this HAARP". It had some quite interesting takes on its purpose. I accidentally ran across that book while I was doing research on Nikola Tesla.
If only the world was ready to embrace Tesla and his inventions, we could literally be living in an energy free Society right now. Although evidence of his Brilliance is still found today in mag-lift trains and virtually every AC motor that you've ever come across in your lifetime. Tesla and his strive for Humanity is why he is and always will be my favorite hero even though he died penniless and broke in a one-bedroom apartment.

A patent is what you get when you look at a new piece of technology not through the eyes of a scientist or an engineer, but a lawyer. Its purpose is not to be as objective as possible, but to be as broad as possible in the description of the patented item, and the claims as to what it can do, to gain a potential legal advantage over competitors.

You can in fact make a patent application and then not progress it. This means you can claim 'patent pending' as if it meant something. A pending application doesn't cost anything much unlike a completed patent which runs at about 10,000 USD. Pending patent were intended to temporarily protect new IP which was close to being copied by others so that the originators had time to work up a proper patent. So in 60-80 odd years, the military have taken no steps in development of weather modification technology? Something they were dreaming about decades ago has resulted in...nobody doing anything?
The concept that obscene amounts of RF energy can be reflected off a concave bulge formed in the ionosphere by concentrated RF heating of the atmosphere beneath, forming a virtual reflector dish that can be engineered with a focal point located on the ground or beneath ground - this has simply been ignored?
How likely is it that the worlds largest and most scientifically sophisticated military has done absolutely nothing towards progressing such a significant & powerful ability, which has been described decades ago by their own strategists as "a perfect weapon"? A weapon whose effects can be disguised as natural weather phenomenon.
It is their job to develop these technologies - to fail to do so could be considered negligence of duty.

If we forget everything he said, the fact that it drifted to the bottom of DARPA priorities, and given to a college to run, means DARPA determined there was none of the conspiracy theory advantages that could be derived from it. If they determined otherwise, it would be a strategic advantage, you wouldn't be able to get within 50 miles of the place, they would obfuscate its construction, and there would be a self-sufficient city there where top talent are restricted to living, as with any real such project. It would not be an off-again-on-again site where students pass through to learn about the ionosphere.

@Jack T Dude, logic such as that means absolutely nothing to conspiracy theorists. They live in a fantastical existence where anything can happen. A magical world where the limits of physics, chemistry, biology, logic and reason mean nothing and anything is possible.
A place where lizard shapeshifters live among us, fleets of invisible aliens spaceships fly around the earth, various devices are employed which control human thought by a shadowy world government for reasons, and a million other bonkers things considered too unbelievable for any sci-fi film can happen.
They see themselves like a hero in a conspiracy thriller film. They believe they know a huge world-changing secret that is being kept from the masses and they see it as their mission to tell the world to free humanity from control.
Of course, their enemy (new world order/illuminati/lizard royal family/evil robot Santa Claus/etc/etc/etc) is diabolically evil, almost always satanic, and will do anything to keep the secret quiet including murder.
So they fight the good fight by joining facebook groups, and posting about it. By making youtube videos, and commenting support for such videos. (Don't ask why the evil organisation doesn't just see their posts and videos and comments, and just go to their house and silence them, permanently! They just don't, because reasons).
But seriously, they usually have a combination of two or three common psychological disorders and they are often preyed upon by unscrupulous people for money, or more recently as we've seen, for political reasons (masks are evil liberal slavery devices).
These unscrupulous people feed the fears and fantasies of conspiracy theorists to get them to join online quasi-cults where they can be indoctrinated into believing just about anything (5g causes coronavirus).
The lockdown has been great for recruiting conspiracy theorists (see the story about Melissa Lively, the CEO of a PR company, who went from someone who didn't support Trump to rabid Trump fanatic who filmed herself trashing a Target face mask display after being radicalised in one month by the conspiracy theorist site QAnon)
I agree with everything you said in your comment Jack. You and I and thankfully most of humanity still live in rational land but you'll never convince the conspiracy theorists no matter what evidence or arguments you present. Try convincing a flat earther the earth goes around the sun for an exercise in futility. All we can hope is the die-off naturally and don't pass on their neuroses to their children.

Unfortunately, much of amateur radio has devolved from a pursuit of scientific and technical knowledge into the mindless espousing of religious mantras.
The 5G thing is a case in point: many amateurs who support the claims that 5G has adverse health effects cannot explain how the signals from 5G have enough energy to break covalent bonds and thus trigger cancers.
It's up there with the Cross-Field Antenna, the pursuit of the "Holy Grail" perfect "rectangular" filter for SDR, and explanations of how the end-fed half-wave antenna actually works (which ignore a number of fundamental concepts such as conservation of charge, etc).

It is very much a sense of belonging, rather than being an insignificant individual in this much greater world.
It is also a way for people to blame the things they don't like about themselves or their lives on something/someone else. Any personal failings regarding education, family, employment, finances can all be blamed on something other than life choices or limited potential.
We all have our limits, but most of us know that we will never be a top physicist or a multi millionaire, or make it to the top realms of government. But instead of accepting this, it is easier to blame lizard people, the Illuminati, the Jews, chemtrails... The list is endless (and no-one can agree on who "they" are)
The other thing with conspiracy theories is that they show a lack of understanding of basic life, as time passes after an event which is deemed a 'conspiracy' those who see it this way have more time to think up elaborate reasons as to why each tiny little detail happened, and how it was planned and orchestrated. The truth of it is though, anyone who has planned anything, even as simple as a birthday party knows, you cannot expect every detail to go to plan. As soon as you factor in variables such as humans, technology, animals, external organisations or simple things such as weather, ANYTHING can go against your plan.
9/11 conspiracies are a great example of this, people think they can explain how the event was planned frame by frame, and how each detail "means" something. In reality, even IF it was an orchestrated event, much of what you saw would be entirely up to chance.
As said above, governments lie, and this doesn't help when holes can be found in the official story of many events. But, it doesn't mean EVERYTHING is a lie.
And the biggest flaw in the logic of many conspiracies? The fact that to do what has been claimed, more people would have to be involved and have knowledge of a cover up than are fooled by it!
The moon landings for example... The number of people who were involved in the program was incredible, any one of these could have access to data, information or evidence that there was not a rocket of astronauts on their way to the moon, or had not landed, or had not returned etc...
Yet, somehow no-one has anything credible to say it did not, despite the power you could get from proving a hoax.
Even the arch nemesis of the USA, the Soviets would have to be in on it, because it was a political race to the moon... And they sat back and took the loss based on the evidence they had that it was true. That very statement would go against the whole ethos of communism and their ideals.
Even today, many believe there is evidence of modern Russian meddling in Western politics, to de stabilise Europe, the UK and the US. But in reality, if they had the evidence that the moon landings were a hoax, that would be ALL they needed. But they don't.
The same rule applies to many theories out there!
Oh, and if you ever want to "prove scientific lies wrong" you can. Simply conduct your own independent experiments. Everything in science taken as fact should be repeatable and predictable! Only knowledge and funding will hold you back.
The flat earth community did this with a Laser ring gyro, as a completely independent experiment to prove the lies of science... What did their own results show? Exactly what they said science predicted. But they simply refused the results because it didn't match their thinking. With NO reason given that it didn't match their own beliefs.

This technology was developed many years ago, and like other technologies, the things learned from it may have lead to new technologies which are not known to the public. DARPA answers to noone and much of what they do remains classified for ever, but it would stand to reason that whatever technology we had on the ground in those days, could have been improved, and relocated to space above the ionosphere where transmission of power would be unimpeded by our atmosphere and focus of this beam could then be directed anywhere on earth. If certain political types wanted to de-stabalize the global economy by convincing the world that burning fossil fuels is causing global climate change, then perhaps this technology was weaponized after all.

It wouldn’t work from space. Exciting the ionosphere from the top would not create the same effect. Even if the technology was improved, there would still be a massive power system needed to run it, which would be easy to find and prove. Thirdly, those pushing the conspiracy that their are mobile units used to effect the weather…..the concept works by creating a signal that travels on the earths existing magnetic lines, which are not located everywhere! In the equatorial regions for example, the lines extend far out into space. This means an even larger amount of energy would be needed to reach them. Hence why the units are located in polar regions where the lines are closer to the earths surface. Bottom line is that people need to learn how things actually work before pushing ideas.

@wally crail Yes glad someone gets it. Kids these days just don't understand the power of gated pi functions and their effects on the spherical plasma cortex.

Dude, people get bad info and really aren't shy about sharing it. Critical thinking isn't "fashionable" these days. You do good science, and lay it out straight.

    • @dubjubs

@Kyle_Warweave People forget that the science community is just as bad at believing everything as some conspiracy theorists are. Look at the current pandemic and how that turned out with lack of research and now people are getting side effects (like everything) that they said there wouldn't be. I trust science, however not every scientist knows what they are doing.

This program is decades old. Old news here. Art Bell was discussing this 25+ years ago as a program that was winding down. HeII, there were reports the whole dang program finished its goals and went mobile. ... why is this even being talked about now?
