Impressive. They haven't lost any of the magic they had back in the day. Can't say the same for most other bands.
Bolt Thrower did pretty good, they split last year.
A break did them well, so they didn't burn out.
This stretches the limits of a ‘lyric video’, it’s better than some ‘actual’ videos I’ve seen.
Frak yeah, sometimes the lyric videos are so full of spinning and "artsy" lyric texts that one cannot actually follow them. And sometimes "actual" videos aren't even half as cool as this!

This is a song about a tool/gun used to paralyze cattle before they are slaughtered. What makes it a death metal song is that the lyrics portray the captive bolt pistol being used on humans, who are described as cattle.

No, subject matter in a metal song should be about hardcore shit.A good metal song's lyrics should fit the song like the glove. And all he is talking about here is how fucked up the meat industry is. It just takes a little imagination and a little knowledge. I don't know how you spend your time, but one thing I caught on to is this. Knowledge is power. I am 52. When I was younger I spent my time like a lot of foolish young men, chasing pussy, getting drunk and acting like an asshole. But life didn't get easier, it got tougher, so I don't do much of that shit nowadays. I spend a lot of time reading about all kinds of shit, politics, other countries, anything scientific, and technology and engineering. So I suggest you do the same-it certainly makes one more interesting

I get the necrocticism vibe. You cant fault the guys for being better at their instruments. The more I listen to this album the more I love it and my favorite songs changed when I read the lyrics. I feel they did an A+ on this album.

Jeff's lyrics and Bill's playing make this album a 10 for me. Im a big fan of Ken's but Wilding does a great job filling in the beats.
Fucking adore the themes and lyrics of this song that's basically saying this weapon, which is used on cattle, if applied to humans would mean a fate worse than death.
