    That castle needs to be declared a heritage site immediately - very cool...history in the making....

    What's amazing is not only how early he was with the technology, but also how his use of the material and device was unique and appropriate.

    This is it - what I always knew 3D printing will give us...
    We'll be able to be creative once again in architecture like the very old times that were reserved only to empires & royalty.
    Democratization of customized buildings - shapes, sizes.
    SO EXCITING!

      Tons of respect for you Andrey. If you know of anyone in central Can, Winnipeg area doing this type of construction. I'd really love to be a part of that.

    At my university, we had an engineer come and present how we could use 3D printing technology to eventually build bases off planet Earth. Specifically on the moon due to being able to build without aggregates and transportation issues with weight and cost. Keep up the hard work. This will have an impact on the future in some way eventually

    Theory: it has lasted this long because there is no roof and roof weight

    • @automateconstruction
      @automateconstruction  3 месяца назад +2

      Interesting, I would think a roof is an advantage not a hindrance

    • @David_Mash
      @David_Mash 3 месяца назад +2

      @automateconstruction a roof:
      adds weight
      Keeps the inside dry while the outside wet thus creating difference in stress.
      Keeps the inside warmer in the winter night and maybe colder in the winter sun, thus difference in stress.
      Same for summer heat.
      Without a roof, the inside and outside change more uniformly. Less stress, less cracking.

      @@David_Mash a roof adds a lot of cylic load from wind pressure/suction alternating.
      It also adds a lot more rainwater to the walls.

    1:31 The war in crimea actually did start ten years ago, thats what the war was always about.. a warm water port... it took them 10 years to make the train to crimea, thats why the company in kiev 'the big guy' and his son get 10 percent for, is funded by citizens here when we clearly as a majority are not told this reality....

      I’m not political I just like construction technology no matter where it comes from. I don’t think Andrey is too political either he’s been raising a family in the United States for those 10 years.

    "Permitted." 😂😂
    Children and incompetents (wards of the courts) require permission.
