I tried several ways to reset the TPS to relearn after throttle body clean. None of the options worked on my odyssey 2007. I ended up buying NT510 Elite scanner as you recommended, that helped to reset TPS in minutes and no more P0507 code. Idle RPM is back to 650 from 980. Thanks for recommending the nice scanner.

Feel so dumb. I cleaned my throttle body about a month ago. Took it off the car and used my fingers to move the throttle plate. Uugghhhhh. Now of course the idle is crazy. Called the dealership. They said that a diagnostic would be $79. If idle adjust then that’s like $150. So I am just going to get this scanner and do it myself. It will be a early Christmas present to myself.

does this scanner have options to try and communicate with individual modules, like throttle actuator (TAC module) and instrument cluster? I've been trying to diagnose a U0107 DTC for mts now. did all steps in service manual which were mostly checking voltages and resistance/continuity and everything was normal. manual said to replace TAC module which i did but it's still in constant limp mode with u0107 DTC.. actually now it's got another DTC U0155(F CAN malfunction). I'm trying to figure out if i should get one of these scan tools or a cord that hooks the DLC to laptop bc it's looking like my only option is to get access the bidirectional testing modes.

I'm prob gonna buy a cord that hooks the DLC to laptop and use this software download i found that's supposed to be the same as Honda's. that'd give me bidirectional ability. I've got a few worries about going this route.. one being the quality of the adapter since I'm limited to the cheapest ones. also in my vehicle the CANbus doesn't extend to the DLC so it won't be possible to get waveforms directly from the CAN lines which might be what it takes to figure out what's going on. ugh I'm just so discusted with this bc I've spent so much time learning about all this crap to the point i could almost work at a vehicle diagnostics shop, which hey might be my best bet! lol, at least then I'd have access to tools!
