Case of Cabell County woman accused of shooting her brother moves to grand jury

The case against a Cabell County woman accused of shooting her brother in the back of the head was moved out of magistrate court Monday afternoon.
Seira Harmon is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her brother, William Harmon, III.
"Originally got a call about a female that shot her brother in the head that had her fiancé at gunpoint," Deputy Joseph Maiolo, of the Cabell County Sheriff's Department, said.
