• ¼ cup brown sugar

• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp of hot sauce

What if you don't have a smoker? Can you use the grill?
Yes. You can do a 2 zone method. 1 side with the coals. Then place the ribs on the side without the coals. There are other various ways but that is the most common.
