    A new approach to amplifier design:
    In developing the new X Series, we evaluated our previous amplifiers, incorporated significant improvements based on our experience and latest technology, and blended the best features of the old with new optimizations. The result is the XPA Gen 3, setting a new standard for our audiophile amplifiers.
    Modular Construction:
    The XPA Gen3 modular power amplifier features a robust chassis containing a large power supply and space for up to seven amplifier modules. It can be bought with one to seven modules allowing you to mix and match mono and stereo channel modules to create a single chassis amplifier anywhere from 1 to 14 channels.

    Why don't you show us the output of XPA11 in the last configuration. I'd like to purchase if my 175w heights can get that juice at peak levels without breaking a sweat. I listen to loud volumes in my music preferences on multicast mode via my Emotiva Rmc-1 16 Channel Dolby Atmos & Dts:X Cinema processor. Most of the time, I raise the volume as I'm hard of hearing in my older age. I'm rocking the TruAudio In-ceiling, 3 way 9” carbon fiber 3“ carbon fiber 1” titanium, swivel 25-175W 8Ω 32-20kHz 91dB speakers. 9.4.3 config.

    You website is a little convoluted can't understand how exactly to configure this and how much power it outputs.

    Can someone explain channels driven to me for my scenario. I want to use an XPA6 to biamp my 3 main front, center and right speakers. They are 4ohm. How much power will they see running biamped vs normal. Can/Would you tell a difference at reference movie levels. As of now I just have a 5.1 but planning for a 5.1.4.

    I have this 3-channel Amp! Great product. Question though, is it normal to get a little extra "humming" sound coming from the speakers this amp is driving power to because it's driving more power? It's not bad, but, when I plug the tower speakers into my yamaha receiver, no humming noise at all. Plug into the amp, I get a little bit. Just making sure this is normal.

    • @EmotivaAudioCorp
      @EmotivaAudioCorp  2 месяца назад

      You might be getting a ground loop coming from something. Go one piece of gear at a time turning them on starting backwards with the amp through the chain and see which piece of gear has the noise its amplifying.
