@@RVenturesToday520Hello Jon and Seiry, thank you so much for checking out the video. It was truly beautiful there. Between the snow and the creek, the train bridge and the large cliff rock in the background it was truly picturesque. I had a good time cooking the potatoes on the trail fire this time a little shake and bake in the WOK. lol.
💯 We had such a blast with you two! Made us want to do some more winter camping and get down these forest roads even deeper! And we are still thinking about all the incredible food! Should be a few weeks, but we will have the trip from our cameras perspective out for everyone to check out too! 😃
@@NealBritt yes it was an amazing trip, and we loved it. Definitely appreciate you finding these cool places to visit. Can’t wait to see all the footage you have. I’m sure it’s amazing. Looking forward to some trips in the future.
@@Dana-.- thank you, yes, it was an amazing location in such a beautiful setting. Thank you very much for checking out the video. Hope you’re having a great day.
@@TCJOHNSTONE hey thank you very much for checking out the video. It was a great time. Riding the roof was quite the experience. Hope you’re having a great day and as mentioned thank you for taking time.to follow along.
I liked the Ja-cam (atop the roof)...but isn't that a bit dangerous? Nice that you and Michelle found new friends in Neal and Britt (I've been following them for a bit). Ooooh...that dinner! Lovely veggies and ribs on the Trail Fire Grill! And, real cool spot by the river. Did anyone take a dip? (I don't think so!) If you've ever had real (fresh) ghost peppers, you'd know right quick because on the Scoville scale, they can top 1 million. Ever hear of Dragon's Breath? They're supposed to be 2.5 million. I was at a dinner party eating Thai food and we were wiping our brows and breathing deeply to handle the heat. Of course, someone had to say (regarding the intense heat), "This is NOTHING"...so I made a special order for him where he got the goods and rest of us got no spice. Whatever they put in his dish, he sat there dead silent. We all said the last dish was DEE-LISH and "SOOOOOO MILD".... That look so lovely in the fresh snow. PS: 13:00 and beyond: from left to right, what are those doo-dads do you have affixed above the media screen?
@@StephenParentJR that is a great idea. I have selected that mode before, but have not had an opportunity to use it and these conditions. Believe it or not I forgot momentarily during our travel how to get in and out of this mode. Great suggestion
Chainsaw is mandatory for me. Not so much getting in but out 😮 I don’t want to be trapped 😂 my wife would shoot me. My wife would never let me drive on that road. She would be afraid to fall in the creek 😂
Something i havent seen anyone talk about (and i follow quite a few travellers) are the costs associated with this lifestyle. For a newbie who wants to get into the life, what are the needs and costs? Im talking the stuff you dont think about. Laptop, software, do you need a license for the music? Go pro camera's, drone, satellite phone or cb radio (i want to do the dempster and daulton hwys) starlink or another non-fascist loving satellite internet service. Jerry cans for extra gas, def if your vehicle is a diesel. What am i missjng?
Awesome trip !
Thanks for checking it out, Happy New Year...

Beautiful spot! I’m still thinking y’all need to bill the forest service for trail maintenance 😂! Can’t wait to get out and do some winter exploring!
Yuck! Looks cold and miserable haha not a fan of snow or cold 😂 but the Ekko seems to handle it like a champ… the weather is great in sunny Arizona ☀️

I’d highly recommend Dyno mode rather than just shutting off esp if you want full control of power.
