Zebra Midge - Fly Tying

The Zebra Midge is a Fly Pattern that should work all year long, especially in tail waters. The fly is extremely easy to tie and only requires three materials. You can tie a whole bunch of the Zebra Midge relatively quickly. Black with silver wire is the most popular but you can also tie them in Olive, Red, Tan, or Brown.
Give this a try and fish it tight lined or under an indicator.

I believe you! I got many browns on this pattern. They work well on rainbows too.
