Good post. I imagine someone holding a pistol at Jack during the session, but still better than the album by Festus. : )

What's Festus, other than a town in Missouri?

Does anybody remember the beautiful dancer/actress Juliet Prowse? She said of JP. "Who could be uglier than Jack Palance? Yet I find him attractive."

Seriously. The same deal applies for Robert Mitchum, not handsome but women found him attractive for some reason. I think it probably has to do with the fact that these men were REAL men and rough around the edges.

He was actually a talented vocalist. He voiced the bad guy character in the animaled film "The Swan Princess" and sung in that movie. He did a great job. He also wrote a book of romantic love poems and they're really good.
