With all these great comments, I think I need to do this meditation. I actually do all kinds of meditations on my own but never guided but I think I will actually press play and do this meditation finally. It’s funny I never get to do guided meditation. I’m always the one guiding. I would love some advice how to get more guided meditations coming my way besides listening to my own.

Thank you, Rabbi Yom Tov Glaser. I just was led to sit under you. I have been watching your videos for the past couple of months. I have just recently learned Hebrew. Though I am a Christian, I am a strong believer my roots lie within Hebrew, for salvation comes through the Jews. I believe in Yeshua and that we are brothers and sisters under God. But I must say that your teachings have set me in deeper to understanding and wisdom, and I just wanted to thank you. Please continue to feed the hungry, for I am one, and I will continue to be fed. God Bless you and keep you.

Interesting fact, I am Jewish, but was not religious until know; growing up my nickname was Shema, not in regards to the prayer, but people called me that, of course, not knowing the meaning of the powerful Shema.

We cannot enter the Holy Peesence without the blood of Y'shua, the Lamb that takes away the sin of the world, recieved by grace through faith.... , and the work of the cross on our heart, which releases healing into our lives as we glorify him in loving commitment .

It is good to see that Judaism is kind of complementary to Hinduism. Hindu A-U-M is contracting. Hebrew SH-MA is expanding. Nonetheless they sound very similar. Like in a mirror images of themselves. The concept of MAYA (Illusion, holographic simulation) is the same in both systems, isn't it? Or there are some differences?

Actually, there are three languages which have a sound having a higher frequency than "SH" or Shin. In Sanskrit the name of God, "Shiva"(Good, Auspicious) is badly pronounced by Americans, with typical English "SH", like in "ship". It is wrong. Sanskrit "SH" should sould like German "CH" in "Ich bin" (I am), or like Polish "Ś" in "święto" (holiday), "świt" (dawn) or "świat" (world). So we have Sanskrit, Polish and German which have higher frequencies. But you are right: in most languages "SH" has the highest frequency.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. I really appreciate it and I would love to know how are you either happen to know that or you actually researched it.
Did I mention in the class that the same letter that is the shape of the flame has two sounds depending where the dot is on the letter. If the door is on the right it’s the SH sound and if the dot is on the left it’s the S sound

@@RabbiYomTov I was born in Poland and I can also speak German, as I have worked in Germany for several years. After watching the film "The Matrix" I was very much into Hinduism. I have learned a couple of verses from "Bhagavad Gita" by heart (it is beautiful poetry, I could actually sing them). To do that I learned some Sankrit phonetics. I still love many aspect of Hinduism (mantras, seeing unity in everything etc.). However I have always disliked idolatry. But then I discovered the depth of Kabbalah. Dear Rabbi, I must admit that in my opinion your lectures on the ten Sefirot are the best on RUclips. What is actually written on the door of your class? I thought it was שַׁדַּי ("Shaddai"). Now I must listen to your shiur again. My full name is Miłosz Pawlikowski by the way. Toda. Shalom

@@RabbiYomTov My cultural identity is Polish, German and Jewish. My religious identity? With atheistic parents I needed to find my own way. Still unaffiliated. But I pray in Hebrew and celebrate Shabbat and other Jewish holidays. Hinduism is too complex for me and you will not find a single idol in my house. I would love to be friends with you to discuss Kabbalah. Thank you for your WhatsApp number. I will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible. Ketivah vachatimah tovah. Shavua tov :)
