Hypothetically say you were an anarchist. You wanted to hurt people but you lacked the courage to do it yourself. It's not adding up how the shooter was able to make it so far on foot. Even if he was dropped off on campus by someone it's still a 4 to 5 mile walk back home. You would think a cop would have noticed him sooner on his way back home and stop to question him
