Im a fan of the thouroughbreds but the best horses in the game are turkomans, mustangs, and andalusians. Maybe foxtrotters. The best horse hands down is the rose grey arabian but i barely count horses you cant get as arthur
horses don't spawn anymore if you've met the encounter o’discroll robbery, usually happened in chapter 2. if you want the horse, unfortunately u need play from start chapter 1 again
